They come in over 50 unique flavors across several styles: Finger, Rolled, Double-Roasted, Extra Double, Classic, and Specialty. Made with premium ingredients like Sicilian pistachios, pure rosewater, Iranian saffron, and golden honey, each one is a small work of edible art.

Baklava is an ancient layered pastry made with paper-thin phyllo dough, premium nuts, and sweet syrup or honey. At Sulta Rosa, our baklava features 40+ hand-stretched phyllo layers filled with Sicilian pistachios, walnuts, or chocolate, brushed with golden honey and baked to a perfect, shattering crispness. We offer varieties including Classic Pistachio, Walnut, Royal Pistachio, Pistachio Roll, Kadaif Roll, Triangle Slice, and Chocolate Baklava.

We use only the world's finest ingredients: Sicilian pistachios from the volcanic slopes of Bronte, Iranian saffron from Khorasan, pure Damask rosewater, premium raw honey, high-quality butter, and hand-stretched phyllo dough. We never use artificial flavors, preservatives, or shortcuts. Everything is handcrafted in small batches, fresh every day.

Our Angel Delights are naturally gluten-free. However, our baklava contains phyllo dough made with wheat flour and is not gluten-free. Please contact us at hello@sultarosa.com if you have specific dietary concerns.

Our baklava and Angel Delights stay fresh for 2–3 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 4 weeks. Keep them in their original packaging or an airtight container. Allow refrigerated confections to come to room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture.
