Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship our luxury confections nationwide across the United States. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your confections arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 per order
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday–Saturday)

Order Processing

Packaging

All Sulta Rosa confections are packaged in our signature luxury gift boxes with protective insulation to maintain freshness during transit. During warmer months, we may include additional cold packing materials at no extra charge.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our flagship store at 821 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to arrange pickup during store hours (10:00 AM – 3:00 AM daily).

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our confections, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

All sales of food products are final. Because Sulta Rosa products are handcrafted perishable confections, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you received incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of every confection we create. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order for any reason, please reach out to us and we will work with you to make it right.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
