We ship our luxury confections nationwide across the United States. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your confections arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
All Sulta Rosa confections are packaged in our signature luxury gift boxes with protective insulation to maintain freshness during transit. During warmer months, we may include additional cold packing materials at no extra charge.
Local pickup is available at our flagship store at 821 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to arrange pickup during store hours (10:00 AM – 3:00 AM daily).
At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
All sales of food products are final. Because Sulta Rosa products are handcrafted perishable confections, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
