Questions
Our catering packages start at 10 guests minimum. Wine service requires a minimum of 25 guests. For delivery-only orders, there is a $500 minimum.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for most events. For weddings and large galas (100+ guests), 2–3 months is ideal. Rush orders within 7 days are possible with a 25% surcharge.
Yes! We offer gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan confections options upon request. All dietary requirements must be communicated at least 14 days before the event. Please note our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten.
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Cancellations 60+ days out forfeit the deposit only. 30–59 days: 50% of total. 14–29 days: 75%. Less than 14 days: full payment. Date changes with 30+ days notice may be accommodated at no penalty.
For events of 50+ guests and all wedding packages, we offer a complimentary tasting at our Miami Beach boutique on Lincoln Road. Smaller events can arrange a tasting for a fee that's credited toward the final booking.
Delivery within Miami Beach is complimentary for orders over $1,000. Greater Miami delivery ranges from $75–$150 depending on location. Contact us for events outside the Miami metro area.
Absolutely. Our Corporate Rosa package includes branded favor boxes with your company logo, custom insert cards, and personalized messaging. There's a one-time setup fee of $250 plus $2 per box for custom branding.
